HOW LONG WILL THE REGLAZING LAST?

Our finish will last many years with proper care. We include 5 year warranty.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Refinishing a standard bathtub takes approximately three to four hours, depending on the condition. If refinishing, wall tiles it could take 5-6 hours.

HOW LONG AFTER COMPLETION CAN THE BATHTUB BE USED?

Most bathtubs can be used within 24 hours. 

IS "REGLAZING" THE SAME AS "REFINISHING"?

Yes, they are both describe the act of preparing and refinishing porcelain, tile or laminate fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen.

WILL MY TUB LOOK PAINTED?

No. It won't have brush marks or drips. The topcoat material is applied with a spray gun that yields a super-smooth, high gloss finish. We also offer a non-slip surface for bathtubs. 

WHAT FIXTURES CAN BE REFINISHED?

Tubs, wall tile, sinks, vanity tops, countertops, ceramic floors, showers and shower bases, cultured marble,  cast iron porcelain, pressed steel enamel, fiberglass, and acrylic.

ARE THEY ANY ODORS AFTER REFINISHING?

Any time you have painting done in your home there will be some lingering paint odors for a day or so. We minimize these odors by using a sophisticated exhaust system that vents dust and odor to the outside while we work. 

HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE BY REFINISHING VS REPLACING?

Refinishing your bathtub will save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars over bathtub replacement.  A brand new bathtub may only cost $350, there are often be several hidden costs to replacement such as removal and disposal cost, plumbing alterations, and tile work. These costs add up, and you can easily end up spending nearly $3,500-5,000 to replace your bathtub and or refinish your tile walls.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR?

Yes. We can also change the color of your bathtub, if your bathtub is pink, brown, green, blue or another color, we can change the color to pure white, off white, almond or bone and leave it like new. Any other color can be special ordered.

WHY DO COMPANIES CHARGE DIFFERENT PRICES?

 Like everything else, you get what you pay for. Cheaper prices mean some shortcuts have been taken and or a cheaper material is being used. They also probably don’t have the specialized equipment needed to do the refinishing process correctly. Our system is guaranteed for satisfied results. 

HOW DO I CARE & CLEAN FOR MY REFINISHED TUB?

Refinished bathtubs are often easier to clean than the original product. Make sure you use mild, non- abrasive cleaning products. Just as with a new bathtub, the finish or shine can be dulled by abrasive cleaners.
